Florals are usually associated with spring and summer, but who says you can’t work them into your wardrobe for fall? Florals have the tendency to look very feminine, like this top here (affordable here), so for this look I decided add a little edge to it by pairing this top with a tuxedo style vest and over the knee boots!
Plus this vest and over the knee boots would look great on their own as they do together. My styling tip for wearing florals in the fall is all about focusing on the color palette. The dark roses in this top really adds a moody vibe to the look. If you’re going for a palette similar to mine for a date night or party look, like this dress here, that works perfectly as well.
I finished off my outfit with a red lip to elevate the entire look. It really goes to show how every element works to complete a look. If you’re going to wear florals this fall, focus on the details and play with color.
Will you be adding fall florals into your wardrobe this fall?
